About
English Teacher
Teacher Lisa is a former MOE teacher with over 19 years of experience across primary, secondary, international schools, and private tutoring. As an ex‑PSLE examiner, she understands assessment requirements and common student pitfalls. Having taught multiple levels, she knows the challenges students face when transitioning from and how to support them effectively.
Her MOE background gives her a strong understanding of curriculum expectations, while her years of tutoring help her identify learning gaps quickly and tailor lessons to each student. She also holds a Master of Applied Linguistics from NTU–NIE, which enhanced her teaching approach and allowing her to design structured, meaningful lessons that build confidence, resilience and strong English foundations.
